Our values and
principles

01
Professional intervention
with warmth
We offer specialised and rigorous support, always with a caring, accessible and respectful attitude. Trust and connection bonding are essential to any therapeutic process.
02
Early detection and
preventive approach
We don’t wait to act until there is a problem. We focus on prevention and early detection, supporting families from the first signs of difficulty.
03
The space as part of the intervention
The space where we work is designed to welcome. With natural light, simple and sustainable materials, and a warm atmosphere, we seek for children and families to feel safe, calm and open. We are surrounded by nature, and our garden is an active part of the sessions in order to promote well-being, free movement and connection with the natural environment.
04
The family as an active part of the process
Intervention does not only happen inside the therapy room. At Espai Mimosa, we maintain direct, close and continuous contact with families, offering ongoing support throughout the week, strengthening the bonds and facilitating the transfer to daily life.
05
Transdisciplinary and coordinated perspective
We understand child development as the sum of multiple factors. For this reason, we work in an integrated way across disciplines, sharing perspectives and adapting to each individual situation.
06
Tailored and realistic intervention
Every child is unique. We adapt our approach to their developmental stage and specific needs, with clear and achievable goals for both the family and their context.
07
Relationship and presence as the foundation of change
Listening, presence and connection are the guiding threads of our work. We don’t just observe behaviours — we accompany genuine emotional processes.
